We are here to advise and help make it a memorable experience.  We are only too happy to share our extensive knowledge. We have a portfolio of menus for your ease of reference. Prices start from R210 per person and  apply for a maximum of 40 guests. Download our portfolio here. Should your guest numbers be greater than this, we will happily customise a quote for you.

With us, you are clear as to what is included and excluded in our prices. We include the essentials and you can add the frills if you want more. We will make sure that everything is in hand as nothing is too much trouble. You can rely on us to quietly make you a better host.

We are privileged to have exceptional relationships with a number of beautiful venues. But, we are happy to discuss any venue (including homes, halls, marquees and farms) that has piqued your interest. Our promise to you is that when you take us with you, no-one goes hungry! You can host your wedding in 2020 for less than R33 000

Calderwood Hall Guest House is one of our favourite wedding venues and we have been privileged to cater weddings there for more than ten years.

For 2020 and only R410.00 per person, host your wedding at Calderwood Hall and serve your guests a delicious two-course menu from CHC Catering! A minimum of 80 guests is required to qualify for this price and the package includes:

  • your Calderwood venue hire
  • a two-course buffet menu (outlined below)
  • a signature mocktail (one glass per guest)

So, if you are having a wedding for 80 guests, your wedding venue and catering will cost you less than R33 000.00! If you host more that 80 guests, it’s still only R410.00 per person! Should you have between 50 – 79 guests, the price is R520.00 per person.

You should know that you can approach us to customise a menu for your wedding in consultation with Calderwood, but to qualify for this offer we will not consider a menu for less than R275 per person.
